Man, I'm soon gonna be desinging yor template for you(hint hint). So actually there isn't a limit, just blogger isn't the best place to download songs, movies, etc. Switch to MT (movable type).
Now, a way to get your movies to work on your blog would be to get a movie editor program(like fireworks) and slow up the frames or something. And/or post it up on google vids or youtube and just give a link hooked up to a pic/still.
To delete them, edit your posts and delete it. If you have the BETA version... at the bottom of your profile button... there might be a link that says "SUBscribe to Posts" click on that,and delete the html. it won't be hard to miss.
